    Belagola Temple

              Belagola Temple (also known as Sri Srinivasa and Bhoga Narasimha Temple) is a 1,000-year old temple dedicated to Lord Srinivasa and a rare Sri Narasimha with Sri Devi and Bhoo Devi. The temple is located in Srinivasa Kshetra, Srirangapatina taluk near Srirangapatnam and enroute to Brindavan Garden.
     






    Venugopalaswmy Temple, Hosa Kannambadi

                    The Venugopala Swamy Temple located at Hosa Kannambadi, Near Krishna Raja Sagara, is another example of Hoysala architecture in Karnataka. This temple was built in the 12th century AD around the same time as the Chennakesava Temple at Somanathapura, Mysore district.

Examination Oriented Training for X std Students

      
      Hari Vidyalaya in its continued efforts to prepare students to face the ensuing X Board Examination, spared no effort in preparing them. Eminent resource persons like Mr. Balasubramanyam, retired teacher, Sharada Vilas High School and Dr. Vishwanath, Professor,  Sharada Vilas B.Ed College. (Both Authors of present X State Board Science text book), with over three decades of experience, were invited to conduct workshop.



           Besides other eminent scholars like Prof. K V Satyan, Dr. Prashanth, Dr. Pradeep and Principal Mr. Sreevathsa gave extensive training with reference to actual question paper patterns of the final examination. Students were very happy & actively participated by interacting with the resource persons very creatively.
    



           Hari Vidyalaya has plans to extend such academic activities in the years to come. All these activities were conducted by the Institution, “Hari Vidyalaya” without charging even a single rupee to any student.
           


            The feedback from the students and accompanying teachers is that they were greatly benefitted by the workshop.
               In all over 300 students of different schools from the city gained insight into the art of facing the Board Examination, confidently without any fear.
                     Certificates of merit were awarded to deserving students.

Ethnic Day

              It was not just another normal day in the college as the campus was decorated in a traditional way. The energy levels were quite high as the campus was bursting with enthusiasm and passion.

             The faculty and students from different cultures, regions and languages joined hands to celebrate and showcase their respective regional cultures and traditions to everyone present on campus.
